For this lifestyle hotel situated in the hotspot of Rotterdam, we are looking for a catalyst with an inquisitive personality, who is ready to take part in a dynamic design hotel. Every chain of events starts with you, the catalyst. You create the perfect mix of different elements that crafts an amazing outcome for our guests.

  • You have at least 1 year of international work experience in a similar position,
  • You are organized, spontaneous and have an eye for detail,
  • Hospitality runs through your veins and you have a love for different cultures,

  • Fluent in English.

What are you going to do?

You ensure that the first contact with guests is made before their stay, you maintain this contact during the stay and even take care of the last contact after the stay. You recognize bottlenecks in the field of service (hotel-wide), you analyze these and you actively contribute to improving the service level. You do all this with your natural enthusiasm and charisma.

In addition, you are the point of contact in the event of complaints and you are responsible for all correspondence on online review websites. Moreover, you ensure that the Hotel Group's Quality Standards are complied with throughout the hotel. You are up to date about everything that is happening in and around nhow Rotterdam and it is your mission to ensure that nhow Rotterdam is the place to be.
