The challenge

Our moana bar is currently running on limited hours (during winter) during the week and is open as usual on Friday and Saturday. The key challenge (and the opportunity) for the new head bartender will be to take control of the place, to build a team from almost the scratch, and to set basic procedures and standards in place. The key mind-set of the new colleague needs to be to roll-up your sleeves and work alongside your team to get the basics right, before updating menus and developing a cocktail lists. Moana bar is not a cocktail bar. Being the main bar of the hotel, coffee during the day, beer, wine, g&ts and classic cocktails are the biggest sellers. Are you up for it?
