Sous Chef | nhow Brussels
Quality and continuity is number one on the kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing the team. Outside the daily work, you think about improvements in the work processes and help to develop dishes and recipes. You take care of purchasing, planning etc. Together with the team you ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience in Food & Beverage. Finally, you ensure that HACCP rules are followed and that your workplace is organized, clean and tidy. You will report directly to Chef of the hotel.
Who are you?
- Helping guests puts a big smile on your face. The 'always a pleasure' mentality is what you recognize yourself in and you like to go the extra mile for the guest
- You love hard work, have an eye for detail and see a challenge in every situatio
- You are a graduate of a hospitality school, or can demonstrate this level through your relevant work experience
- You have several years of experience as Chef de Partie and possibly already management experience
- You have the passion to share your in-depth kitchen knowledge with your colleagues.
- You speak and understand Dutch English and/or French is an advantage
