Front Office Shift Leader | nhow Brussels
Come and join Minor Hotels we are looking for a Front Office Shift Leader in nhow Brussels.
In this role, you are responsible for supervising the shifts at the Front Office. You ensure that every guest has a unique experience, you manage the team and you are responsible for all administrative and financial operations during your service. You ensure a correct cash register payment and you are the one who makes your team shine every day! In addition, you also perform all Front Office activities yourself, such as checking in and out of guests, answering various questions and handling calls and e-mails correctly.
You also supervise and train new employees and interns and you maintain communication with other departments. Finally, you always strive to improve our products and services; all this to ensure that our guests always live a unique experience in our hotels!
Who are you?
- You are energetic, spontaneous and you have several years of experience as a receptionist. Previous experience in this role is considered as an advantage.
- You are guest-oriented, you see every situation as an opportunity to meet and surpass guest expectations.
- You get energy from managing a team
- You are flexible in terms of working hours
- You are very strong in administrative terms.
- You master the English and Dutch and/or French perfectly. Any additional language is considered a plus.
